The History of Monaco Boat
Monaco Boat was founded by Bruno, a sea enthusiast, in Beaulieu-sur-Mer on the French Riviera. Growing up in a coastal village, Bruno developed a deep connection with the sea from a young age, inspiring him to create a company that offered luxury boating experiences. In 2018, Bruno acquired his first boat, the Cranchi M44 HT, named “Andiamo.” The quality of service and personalized experiences quickly earned the company recognition. With success, the fleet expanded to include two more luxury boats: the Cranchi M44 “Amore” and the Cranchi E26 “Gammon.”
Bruno’s philosophy has always been to provide unforgettable trips focused on comfort and exclusivity, with a strong commitment to sustainability. This approach attracted a global clientele seeking the luxury and beauty of the French Riviera. Today, Monaco Boat is synonymous with excellence in luxury charters, recognized for its positive reviews and Bruno’s dedication to providing exceptional and personalized services.

Terms and Conditions of Monacoboat

1. Introduction

Welcome to Monacoboat, a trading name of Blue Book Group SA. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Definitions
  • "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Monacoboat.
  • "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual using our services.
  • "Owner" refers to the individual or entity offering a boat for rent.
  • "Renter" refers to the individual or entity renting a boat through our platform.
3. Registration and Account
  • Users must register an account to access certain features of the site.
  • Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be made through our platform.
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
  • Users will only be charged if the booking request is accepted by the Owner.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Flexible Cancellation: Full refund up to 1 day before arrival, excluding service fees.
  • Moderate Cancellation: 70% refund up to 10 days before arrival, excluding service fees.
  • Strict Cancellation: 60% refund up to 30 days before arrival, excluding service fees.
  • Custom Cancellation: Conditions defined by the Owner in their listing apply.
  • In case of adverse weather conditions, a full refund (excluding service fees) will be provided for bookings of one day or less. Service fees will be refunded as a voucher valid for one year.
6. User Conduct
  • Users agree to use the platform and services responsibly and legally.
  • Users must respect the property and rules set by the boat Owner.
7. Liability
  • Monacoboat acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Owners are responsible for ensuring their boats are safe and in compliance with all regulations.
8. Insurance
  • Renters are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period.
  • Owners should provide necessary insurance for their boats and inform Renters about the coverage.
9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Luxembourg.
